All services are pre-paid through our website. Once payment is processed, customers receive detailed instructions on how and where to send hair follicle samples. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment details. Results provide guidance for wellness; all herbal or nutritional recommendations are educational and not medical advice.
3. Shipping and 4. Refunds
Samples should be mailed to the address provided after purchase. Customers are responsible for correct packaging and shipping. We are not liable for lost or delayed samples. Because each test is custom, all sales are final. If an order was placed in error and your sample has not been mailed, please contact us within 24 hours at turpintailsenergetics@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

By purchasing, you agree that the company is not liable for decisions or outcomes resulting from the information provided. Use of services is at your own discretion. Payments & Fees
All services and digital offerings for pet energetics are billed in full at the time of booking or purchase. We accept all major credit cards and secure digital payment methods. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees for your selected service or digital product. Prices are subject to change, but existing bookings will be honored at the rate confirmed during checkout.
Refunds for Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate commencement of energetic service preparation, all sales are final. Digital products, including guides and recorded sessions, cannot be returned or refunded once access has been granted.Â
